ELAYVA creates products derived from the olive tree. The goal is to use everything the olive tree offers us even if it is considered waste.
Their core product is Olive Water – It’s the result of a long, experimental journey rooted in friendship, curiosity, and Mediterranean heritage.
What began as a vision shared between friends — a Swiss chemist and an Italian olive oil producer — became a collaborative discovery. The formula didn’t emerge from a lab, but from days spent together in the fields of Italy, failing, filtering, trying, and starting over.
After countless failed attempts over two days in Sicily, they finally managed to filter the vegetation water — the nutrient-rich byproduct of olive oil production — into its purest form. This was where the first product was created.
